Step 1: Drink water

In any form, the high temperatures affect the sensitivity of the skin, causing the skin to dehydrate. Surely you do not want to start a new day with dry skin right?
Choosing a cleanser for each type of skin will be extremely important for your skin to be well-ventilated and balanced.
If you are a dry skin type, foam formula cleanser is completely detrimental to you because the bubbles will absorb enough moisture, so choose a creamy or light gel. For oily skin or acne, look for salicylic ingredients to prevent acne, inflammation and regulate the sebum system.
You need to clean your face as follows:
Put a small amount of cleanser on the palms or a towel.
Use your fingertips or scrubs gently with cleanser on all faces. Massage your face with gentle circular motions for 2 minutes.
Remember: Never remove cleanser immediately after you apply it but leave them a little bit of time to penetrate your skin for 2-3 minutes.
Rinse your face to remove the cleanser until the cleanser has been completely removed from the face.
Then rinse your face again with cold water, which helps to tighten pores and improve blood circulation.
Gently dry your face with a soft cotton towel.
Step 3: Special treatment (for those 30 to 40 years old)
After your skin is properly cleansed, you can apply any of the topical treatments you use: acne treatment, bruises, wrinkles …
Step 4: Toner/lotion
After cleansing, you need to rebalance your skin’s pH, and toner will take care of that.
Toner, also known as rose water, as we know it is a deep cleansing product and a step by step skin balancing product like the cleanser.
Toners of European and American cosmetics companies usually cure the effect of alcohol often. But Korean toners are usually mild and alcohol-free because Korean women cleanse very thoroughly before.
The pH of the skin is balanced to help prevent infections and help skin care products later work better.
You make a habit of using toner every morning before applying lotion to increase facial skin care.
Choose a non-alcoholic toner to avoid dryness and irritation. Use a cotton pad to absorb the rose water and apply to the neck skin, face and let dry naturally.
Toners are only necessary and effective for people with oily skin. Toners are only used after cleansing with the function of cleaning the skin again, removing dirt or makeup on the skin after rebalancing the pH for the skin.
Most rose waters are now in liquid form, with a water-based ingredient, rich in flavors and alcohols to cleanse the pores and purify the bacteria. Therefore, they are not suitable for dry and sensitive skin.
Step 5: Moisturizing cream / Water supply product
With a layer of moisturizing cream or water supply product, your skin will be moisturized and protected from pollution and heat.
Should choose the cream that is suitable for the type of your skin. For dry skin, choose a cream that contains maximum moisture. Oily skin should choose the oil-free cream to beautify the skin and not cause excess oil on the skin, that makes easy to acne.
In addition, a moisturizing cream as a protective layer of the skin against sunscreen. You can use a daytime moisturizer with a high sun protection index so that you do not have to use sunscreen.
You mix the sufficient amount of sunscreen moisturizing cream and massage the skin in the upward direction. Massage for 2 minutes so that the cream is completely absorbed into the skin.
Step 6: Sunscreen
Sunscreen is necessary if you don’t apply moisturizing cream with high sun protection index.
Before going to the sun for about 30 minutes, you need to apply sunscreen with an SPF of over 30 for the skin.
The fact is that after a while, the ingredients in sunscreen promote the ability and lose the effect, not to mention that lubricants, sweat, cosmetics gradually remove sunscreen.
If you use sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more, you should reapply after 40 – 80 minutes of sweating a lot or after 2-3 hours of direct sun exposure. This will help you to keep your skin youthful, reduce the risk of burns, wrinkles and most importantly avoid skin cancer.
There are two parts we often overlook when applying sunscreen: neck and lips. Do not forget the neck skin if you want to have a fair skin. With the lips, UV rays of the sun will make the lips dark. Not to mention the lips are very sensitive and easy to catch the sun. The sun’s rays are completely penetrated through the mask and some basic fabrics. Have a lipstick with SPF.
